Crest Glide How To Floss With Braces?

How to floss with braces? - crest glide

OK, I have the keys, and usually daily flossing. Now it is very difficult for me to floss. I have the Crest Glide floss threader, and is ridiculous. It is very difficult for me, because what is behind the wire. Some areas that you almost do not floss and the end brings me half an hour on the silk of her mouth. It takes so much time that my mouth shall remain open for as long tired muscles.

But many people have / had braces. What should I do? I ordered a WaterPik for use now, but I keep hearing that replace "do not WaterPik dental floss." And I do not want to erode my teeth in the 2 years I will have these devices. Thank you.

I know it's strange, but you've just their support, before it flowed in less than 5 minutes, we need the time to start getting the hang of it. There is no substitute for dental floss, and no farther, you are many gaps between the teeth, if you got your key, a crown, or can have, perhaps, they extracted. Hang in there. They have the hang of it ... I promise! Hope this helps. Good luck!

You should consider investing in "Oral-B superfloss. I still have a permanent anchorage in the posterior teeth. There is the same as the disability unit.

The superfloss hatch has a small network between your keys. In addition, two different materials in dental floss. A material that gently removes impurities from the metal wiring, smooth material and dental floss between the teeth and gums. A pack of 50 costs $ 3.00 Canada.

Do not compromise your dental health, dental floss, because it takes time. This is a necessary investment that you will owe in the future.

They have the thread so rigid about this? The various pieces of silk, the threader attached? They are simpler.
Rather, it is between the teeth on the wire out put and take the inside. Also use your tongue to hold the push-to-threader. Replacement flossing easier. I use every day.
You can also try Oral-B Floss has threaders (who was a swollen hand to help you clean).

WaterPik no right to replace flossing. It helps you to replace meals on the key, but not dental floss.

There are these things made a loop of wire, plastic, i usually blue, but has gone through a cycle and right now at an end. Set to half of the wire, and lead the blue ribbon, the teeth so that you can get the dental floss in it. They are called floss threaders, online access. But yes, a little time, but it is worth keeping their teeth clean.

I just do not floss. You can, but it takes about an hour and have time for that? Anyway, after I get the silk, and many say that they are bad scar her teeth, and if they do not floss, I did not. So the best they can with what you have and in better shape than me to be.

Some points to remember when braces on the teeth:

1. Of course, brushing is not enough.

2. Brushes actually requires more skills and tools.

3. Dental floss is difficult, but necessary.

So, do the following:

1. Use a child size toothbrush so you can brush your teeth, only better.

2. End use Tuft toothbrush.

3. Use a proxy brush to reach places around the media and under the wire

4. Use a fluoride mouth rinse as an act ".

5. On the Silk Road Suprfloss "or" periodontal tissue, which came with the rigid order. You can insert into any empty space with ease.

But remember, you need all the points in order to drink of the work (on the amount of water during the day and avoid too many snacks between meals and drink too much soda or juice)
