Herpes or Impetigo? - nose rash herpes

Now I have this rash, and for years and he is not sure ..... I have been saying for years that it impetigo, and then last 2 doctors said recently that it was herpes now i dont know. ... I have redness on the cheeks and nose, and I have psoriasis, in which he said could be with my dry skin impetigo ..... usually lasts one week and cobalt in about 2 or 3 days. .. these doctors are confusing
